Availability: This full-time year-round position requires you to report to the office daily.

Mission 

The mission of the Operations Manager is to generate and grow sustainable revenue for the Company. This is achieved through operational efficiency, developing a team, optimizing customer retention, and ensuring the execution of revenue-generating activities.   

Success in this role means consistently meeting and exceeding key performance targets across multiple categories. These include: 

  • Achieve the targeted revenue across mosquito control, pest control, and holiday lighting services by year-end 2025.  
  • Maintain a consistent revenue intake per week during the peak operational period. 
  • Ensure a steady workforce of full-time in-field technicians throughout the active season. 
  • Reach the set annual revenue target for holiday lighting services by year-end. 
  • Generate additional revenue by achieving a targeted percentage of upsell conversions. 
  • Maintain a strong sales conversion rate to optimize new business acquisitions. 
  • Operate within the allocated budget as defined in the Profit and Loss projections.

Qualifications:  

  • Active pest control license in Structural Pest Control and Mosquito Control  
  • Continuing education credits for pest control (preferred)  
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in a related field (preferred)  
  • Proven experience in operations management, sales, leadership, or similar role  
  • Must have a valid driver's license  
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs  
  • Must be able to provide references from previous employers
